Chapter 1: By-Laws of the

(ARTICLE I) NAME

the Annual General Meeting to the Lubbock Soccer Association office.
1.3.2.1
If an individual holds more than one voting position, this individual may
cast
only one vote. If this individual is an officer or commissioner or referee
and also
a head coach (in good standing) he may delegate his team vote to an
assistant
coach or manager or a parent of a player currently rostered to the
team to
attend and vote. If this individual coaches more than one team he may
delegate
his other team vote(s) to an assistant coach or manager or a parent of
a player
currently rostered to the team to attend and vote per each team.
Instructions and
delegation forms will be available at the LSA office.
Delegation forms must be

to the Lubbock Soccer

1.4.
(ARTICLE IV) GOVERNMENT OF ASSOCIATION
