1. Chapter 1: By-Laws of the Lubbock Soccer Association

1.14. (ARTICLE XIV) AMENDMENT OF BY-LAWS
           
These By-Laws may be amended at the Annual General Meeting of the Lubbock
            Soccer Association by a two-thirds vote, provided that the amendment has been
            posted on the Lubbock Soccer Association web page or given in writing to each
            member of the Lubbock Soccer Association at least one week before the meeting.
            Proposals to amend the by-laws of Lubbock Soccer Association may be made
            by officers of Lubbock Soccer Association, league commissioners, head
            coaches (in good standing) of teams registered in current season, and all
            referees 16 years old or older.  Proposals must be submitted to the Board of
            Directors for consideration at the regularly scheduled meeting the month
            prior to the Annual General Meeting.  Board of Directors may only review and
            give recommendation to pass or fail the proposed amendment.  Any
            proposed amendments that are approved at the Annual General Meeting
            shall immediately become part of the By-laws of Lubbock Soccer Association.

1.14.1   Bylaws adapted by North Texas State Soccer Association at the Annual General Meeting or Semi-annual General Meeting that require Lubbock Soccer Association to follow in order to be in compliance with North Texas State Soccer Association bylaws will become part of Lubbock Soccer Association by-laws.
